The unacceptable conditions I encountered during my stay. The first room had white substance on the lights, dirty backrests, and a hole in the ceiling. After requesting a different room, I found similar issues: a hole in the backrest, bugs on the bed, stained sheets, and exposed wiring on the bed light.

We booked two rooms in this hotel, the rooms are very small especially for those who have a child with them, breakfast prices are not including your booking and it needs more money,my child watched for a few minutes some childish tv channels, the reception desk when we checked out the rooms charged us about 250cad , there is no any shopping and coffee shops near to hotel, i recommend you that should pay attention to these factors, but the rooms were clean and personals were friendly

From checking in to check out everything was a nightmare I got charge for parking when I don’t even have a car Manager on duty Arjun refused to reimburse me my security deposit ( which I later learn my friends didn’t have to pay for ) so if you have my credit card on file, why do I still have to pay 100$ deposit at check in ? Then proceed to deduct 56 $ for parking that I didn’t even use . When I try to explain that to him he basically told me I’m a liar . Would never recommend because of so many hidden fees and Arjun rudeness towards guests

The paid parking lot is not under supervising or any security personel. Only surveilance and very insufficient gate. Our car was stolen first night we stayed at the hotel and somehow the gate didnt alarm or anything. We used our room keycard to get in then it should required our keycard to get out until our check-out date. Never thought i have to pay for parking but the hotel bear no responsible for our loss. We were on a family road trip and this is such a big bomb for us. Didnt want to stay in the hotel after that but we have no choice. We had to rent a car and in the morning i have to come down to check if the rental car is still there. Very bad experience when staying and knowing your vehicle can be gone anything overnight and the hotel bear no responsibility or doing anything to prevent such event happens.

A newly renovated property, very clean and very close to the airport. You need a car if you are planning to stay there and anything is a min 30 away, whether downtown toronto or any place close. Nothing much in the area, but few restaurants. Highly recommended if you are there on a short stay with a car.
