Ok first the positives
Check in was quick and a young girl showed us to our room. Friendly staff. Great location if visiting tank museum, monkey world and Durdle Door as all within 15 minutes away.
Now the negatives
Family Room we were given was in the attic (room 222) which wasnโt what I ordered but were fully booked. Clean but had old carpets and furniture. Beds were comfortable. Could hear loud music all night and there was no way of controlling the temperature in the room.
Breakfast on Saturday morning was made to order. And on Sunday was a buffet style. In my opinion wasnโt worth the money as wasnโt that much choice. No pastries only toast. Avoid the Scrambled egg as itโs just too watery, sausage was nice but bacon barely cooked.
Would I go back here again... no. Which is a shame as it has great potential just needs some money spent on modernising it.
