Stayed just one night before my daughter and I flew out to Da Nang. Would I stay here again? No.
Bathrooms were not clean, beds were hard, pool was dirty and my daughter had to move rooms due to a bad smell in her first room.
I think they need to increase their ganme overall. Cuatomer service was decent though.

We only stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel was lovely and modern. Very pretty room. It says online that they offer laundry, but it’s by item, not weight like most places we stayed at. Something to know if you were doing a refresh like us!
