Yes my daughter and I stayed there and it was good! The breakfast was yummy, the staff helpful and the room was immaculate! Very clean! If you have kids the water park is very close and the cars for kids to ride in!

Great place. Only confusion was whether we were in tower A or tower b. That was sorted quickly. It is a little further from the old quarter but you get the benefit of greater room space and pool etc Great mini mall underneath too that included coffee shops and small supermarket.

Everything about this property was amazing! This was a last-minute booking made under stressful circumstances, and it immediately gave me peace of mind. After leaving another property early in the morning, I arrived around 9AM and was warmly welcomed by Flower and her staff. Although I knew it was much earlier than the standard check-in time and didn’t expect my room to be ready, they went above and beyond by allowing us to enjoy breakfast at no charge while we waited. What truly made our stay exceptional was the level of care and hospitality Flower provided. She exchanged WhatsApp contact information with us and checked in every day to make sure our needs were being met and that we were enjoying our stay. She made herself available whenever we had questions and genuinely cared about our experience. Flower also allowed us to send our dinner orders directly to her through WhatsApp so she could ensure everything was delivered correctly. On one occasion, she even personally helped deliver our dinner. It was those thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service exceeded all expectations. What started as a last-minute booking turned into one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Spacious apartment in large complex with lots of facilities. The whole property is quite dated and feels a bit underloved but the pool was great and the room had everything we needed, including washing machine. Breakfast has plenty of selection but not a fancy buffet. Location is a bit out of the way compared to other westlake options, but grab still quick and easy.

At check-in, it would be more helpful to tell the customer the hours for breakfast, pool, fitness center. Also they should ask for loyalty point number.

Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant buffet view was very nice since it was on the top floor. The entire hotel staff were very attentive and accommodating. They also remembered your name. Hotel was close to everything. What stood out the most was the top of the class customer service we received while we’re there for 4 nights.

Beautiful apartments and lovely staff, welcoming but not intrusive and the apartments had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There is currently construction around the hotel which might be a bit noisy if you were just wanting to relax by the pool all day but couldn’t hear it at all in the room. Grab was always there in less than 5 minutes to go anywhere, and breakfast has a great selection!
