First night stay the people next to us partied and we heard everything. We complained but nothing was done. Second night we moved rooms and it was much nicer. Not the best motel to stay with families. My daughter did not feel safe.

The host at the counter was not honest with me about the location of the room. It was very noisy due to the business across the parking lot running a forklift late at night. they also allowed a car to park parallel with the building next to the room doors and it blocked the stairs to go up to my room. This is a safety hazard. I also think the driver was running a hooker business from the room. I would love to get a refund for the stay. I would never stay there again. The building is in an industrial area. It was to close to the highway. the A/C-Heater unit was noisy and would not shut off. The light on the far side of the bed would not turn on and the outlet would not work because there was no electrical outlet to plug the fixture into. A very bad experience.

4.8 out 5. My only downside is the breakfast was less than appealing. Honey buns and frozen sausage biscuits. They did have coffee so at least there is that. At the price, can’t complain. I checked in around 2am after working all day. Checking was via teller booth and was quick via my reservation. Room was a comfortable temperature and clean. Slept until 8 and went back to work. Shower was nice. Bar of soap and tiny bottle of shampoo. Fridge worked great. Overall, I’d stay again if need be. I’ve paid much more for less by using big brand names.

The staff was great. The rooms were so dirty. Bathroom was filthy, bed spreads were stained, ceilings were stained. Nothing was clean about this room. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable. The rooms are definitely not properly cleaned. My mother cleaned rooms for years is she left rooms like this she would have been fired. The breakfast options were sad.

The room non-smoking had a terrible odor when i first entered. It looked clean. Im not sure but there was a skunk that had been killed in the road outside. Maybe that was it, not sure?? The staff was friendly. They sprayed freshner in the room. You can tell it was a dated building but it was a clean place to sleep.

The staff was amazing. I checked in past the time i was intended to and they relayed the message to the workers on night shift which is appreciated. The room had an awful smell as if it was abandoned and the smell stayed there until we left. I was expecting to smell a clean scent. I was crossing a few states and staying at different Days Inn by Wyndham within a few days. This one was terrible. The host couldn't find my reservation, the smell in the room was ...ohh I can't even describe it ... What they call breakfast is packaged treats and coffee. Charged $100 for this... You can book a better room with better conditions, in some other motel for $50 I believe. Disappointed.

I was quoted room plus tax, then I was charged for pet deposit which I understand but also was charged for incidentals which I don’t understand. I had made 5 previous reservations thru Expedia and was never charged incidentals . I don’t plan on making future hotel booking via Expedia unless the incidentals charge is resolved.

Worst breakfast possible.... prepackaged sweet rolls... a diabetics nightmare... and that was ALL they had.... no fruit, no toast, no bagels zip.... just those ungodly looking sweet rolls.... we will not stay there again next year, but will look for someplace else.

Stayed for one night and It smelled the mildew walking in with the room being humid. The top latch for the lock looked like someone kicked it in at one point because it was loose.

Unsafe!
Walked in and walked straight out as I did not feel safe to stay with family! I complained to the front office guy who answered through a keyhole window as the doors were locked for his own safety. Sadly, his response was given I booked through hotels.com I need to speak to you’ll.

I had read some of the reviews. They were not nice. But I can truly say. This place was more than what I was expecting. The room looked very nice and clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. They didn’t have too much for breakfast.

One nighter!!
Great stay for ULM Football game. Room was clean but did have a smoke odor despite being a non smoking room. For the purpose of the stay, it was very adequate price wise and overall cleanliness!! Will stay again for a one night stay!!
