Very nice place to stay if you don’t need a pool. I have been staying there for several years, three times a year and I still see some of the same staff.

A good value
Room was better than I often see at this rate, a good value. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, except the coffee. I would request a room not to close to the lobby as the doors to the staff areas seem to close loudly.

Check in was fast and easy. Cade, the night employee was so helpful in recommending places to eat close by. Our room was so nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a nice assortment of items to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

I was not pleased with their service, they attempted to charge the incorrect card several times, then would not allow my wife to check in. Windows would not securely lock either. It was clean enough but when added with poor customer service interactions I would not choose to stay here again.

It was an OK place to stay the night. On the plus side, the check in was quick and the breakfast selection was pretty good. On the negative side the room doors are pretty thin so that you hear Everything going on in the hallway. I was also charged a $25 incidentals fee up front. I was told that if we had no incidentals that would be refunded. Still waiting in that...

This is a very nice hotel. They accept dogs and staff was very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and not run down. We will be back.

Good place to stay when traveling across Idaho. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to Bruneau Sand Dune Park and Boise.

This was an handicapped accessible room - the bathroom and shower with wall mounted seat were very helpful. We had to stay several days due to car trouble and having the bathroom amenities made a large positive impact. Would be helpful if the side chair was a recliner. Wife can't sleep flat in bet, so we brought with us a 0 gravity chair which was adequate.

95% wonderful
The Hotel property was very well kept, clean and nice. The room was nice, clean, and well appointed! We lacked nothing. The staff was fantastic. And we were glad to have a warm clean bed and hot shower! We slept well, and enjoyed the continental breakfast which was enjoyable and sufficient for us. One thing we wish were better is that all the beds are double beds, even when they state they are queen beds. They are not queen. If you are used to a queen bed, not expect that here at this Hotel. Beyond that the Hotel is very good, and much better priced than nearby Hotels.

Mountain Home Inn is a no frills hotel that, for a comparatively reasonable price, offered clean rooms w/light blocking curtains, daily maid service (a lost art), friendly staff, coffee service available in lobby, stocked vending machines and was within walking distance of a few restaurants. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not (all three were small, lumpy and not of quality). The walls are very thin (I could hear room above using the bathroom and people talking outside my room and in the stairwell). Traveling with ear plugs was helpful. It is an older hotel so there are some aspects that should just be expected. Definitely a good value.
