Always great service and very convenient. I love that we are safe with all access being from inside,and very well lit parking. The breakfast is early enough and long enough to accommodate most departure times. Across the street, we walked, a wonderful restaurant, Nancy's steakhouse.. awesome. A McDonald's and a gas station also steps away..loved it

Nice size room & comfortable bed. Bathroom wall beside the tub needed some repair-Sheetrock had not been repaired & was quite an eyesore. Room smelled musty. We bought air freshener to help out.

The hotel was good enough for the weekend. The pillows in our room were TERRIBLE (flat and lumpy) and definitely need to be replaced. Also, the showerhead was a bit wonky and could stand to be replaced also. However, the staff was friendly and the rest of our stay was good. We will be back for our event next year (but bringing our own pillows next time)

This was a nice hotel with nice staff. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and strong, and the tv allowed us to watch Netflix. Good experience

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bathe tub needed cleaning, dirty residue was left in tub. The other areas in the room was clean.

Nothing, the rooms are not what they say they are. They think 2 queen beds can sleep 5 adults and customer service is usless

Parking issue/ room
There was no parking available when we checked in. The person working at the front desk told us that we would have to ask the hotel next door if we could use their parking lot. The tub was rusted. The lamp shades were broken. The bathroom wall by the shower was rotting.

This place was very clean and looked like it had just had a renovation. The rooms are cute. I loved the eggplant purple wall and the cute bedspread. The handicap rooms were nice with plenty of room for a wheelchair including in the bathroom. The pillows were a but flimsy, so if you like a big, full king pillow, be sure to bring your own. The beds are soft which I like. Too many beds are like tables these day. The breakfast buffet had waffles, scrambled eggs, pork sausage links, cereal, four juices, lots of coffee, tiny cinnamon rolls and fruit. The eggs were a drier than I like them, but my sister loved them. The staff was super nice. I mentioned I was there for a funeral and they were so consoling. I couldn't sleep and the night receptionist was delightful and laughed at all my jokes. (That's a necessity for a good stay, right?) The outdoors was meh, but you can't do much with a parking lot and we are so hot and no rain right now anything would be dead anyway. They do have a covered entry area you can drive up to and unload which is very nice when it is 106° outside. Was it the Savoy? Obviously not, but it was clean, could crank down to 65° in the room and comfortable. The last thing I must mention is that Columbus is fairly close to the coast and the rooms are humid, the bed fabrics are moist. And I don't mean that in a gross way. If you've ever lived near the coast, you understand what I mean.

Very clean, furniture dated in my suite
Clean Hotel, friendly staff! We got the King Suite and was very disappointed with the furniture. The fold out couch is horrible in room 301. You cannot sit on it for even 5 minutes before it hurts. The chair is also far from comfortable. At the price we paid I would expect better, even in this rural location.

Replace your tubs !
The tub had a big rust stand in it we thought that we could clean it out but it was actually stained and where the water go out was completely rusted . My daughter is pregnant and I feel that was very hazardous. Also my daughter in law saw roaches . I was not pleased at all and will not return .
