가격 대비 만족
같은 룸타입으로 2박하고 싶었는데 방이 없어 다른타입 룸으로 옮겨야해서 체크아웃했다가 다시 체크인했습니다. 2시에 체크인이 가능해서 좋았고 지난번 방보다 에어콘 소리가 조용해서 좋았습니다. 근데 수건에서 락스? 냄새가 나고 먼지가 나와 별로였습니다. 오션뷰는 역시 좋았습니다.

The room was nice, beds were clean. The entrance to the hotel and the pool area were a bit rundown but its an older building so not terrible. Shower walls were not cleaned well but bathroom overall was.

All the staff I encountered during my stay were very nice and friendly. The hotel room and clean. The location is perfect right on the beach and great view from the balcony.

Beautiful views, everything was very clean and well kept. I was shocked at how inexpensive the food was in the restaurant. I had the best flatbread I have ever eaten in my life there! Very happy with pur stay!

When we arrived, the staff is FANTASTIC! Our room smelled like vomit and there was still used towels in the bathroom! They were not able to move us since the hotel was full. They did offer us a free breakfast/lunch and some award points (which FYI are still 50k short of a night somewhere). I am livid that for days I had to smell vomit in our room. I will never stay here again. For $625 that I paid - wasn't worth it to smell vomit the entire time I was in that room

The hotel itself was wonderful. Great facility, staff, and room. Great room layout, lots of hotels don’t offer in room microwaves these days but this hotel did. It was quiet and very little noise transfer between rooms for us. And best of all right on the beach with spectacular view. The only downside was the surrounding activity during our stay - it’s on 21st. There was a near riot one night we were there with hundreds of young kids swarming the block. A dozen police cars literally right in front of the hotel. Officers all over the place on high alert and things seemed just barely under control. It was nerve wracking trying to get from the off site parking lot (which is very close) to the hotel in the middle of that. And it definitely wasn’t safe to go walking on the boardwalk or visit any of the shops on Atlantic Ave that evening. As far as the hotel itself it was one of the best we have stayed in a long time - but mixed feelings about the safety of the block. I feel like if you stay at a much higher or lower block number this would not be an issue.

At the time of your stay, it was Spring Break in the area which attracts more traffic, people and additional law enforcement than normal for crowd control. We also have a satellite office for the police across the street from the hotel. Our sincerest apologies of the crowd outside Atlantic Ave that caused you alarm.

Hotel was basic. Checking in was difficult and the lady at the front desk was rude!!! Did not explain the hours for breakfast or lunch, pool or any of the amenities. Seemed very annoyed I was there. Took a redeye flight in and have been playing all night and most of the morning needed a cocktail and heard the bartender saying this is the last drink and they were closed. Instead of the saying they were closed and couldn’t help me at the moment she was just frustrated and slamming things. There was a huge fight and gathering on the grounds day 3 that had me afraid for my life! Crazy stay. Need more food options as well.

It was an awful experience!! The room smelled of mildew, the staff was extremely RUDE!! To the point of us leaving, and they attempted to charge my card 9 times!!! For a reserve now, pay later booking. I have been with Expedia for years now, I have been traveling to multiple hotels for years for business, NOTHING has ever compared to the disservice that I received at this hotel! Please do not stay there and make sure you don’t have to deal with Sydney! She is awful!!

We are sorry to hear about your experience, in spite of all our efforts to try to accommodate you. Unfortunately, you were misinformed about the deposit. All reservations require first night deposit at the time of booking. The pending charge on your card is an authorization that automatically occurred during the night audit shift. It has been released on our end and should drop off in a couple business days.

I liked that it was very convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t inform me the valet was complimentary, considering the parking lot was so small.

Physical lock was missing on the door and the thermostat was off the wall but worked by pushing buttons on the unit. Teenagers were loud in the fire escape next to our room at 1030 but by 1130 they left that area. Coffee was not as good as two days earlier when we stayed on the first floor.

The pool was not clean as supposed to and door to leave to the beach did not open when you want to go back. You need to go around the building. The restaurant was awesome with good food and service. I recommend and I would stay again for sure

Cain and Sydney and all the other employees at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. The only negative was none of the USB outlets work and there are very few outlets. So I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Room very clean. View of Atlantic was excellent. Beach very clean and well maintained. Overall great stay. 2.10.24 - 2.13.24

Our shower water was luke warm at best during our whole stay and the toilet flushed every three flushes or so. Staff was friendly an awesome, Rooms were clean and well stocked. The pool was clean an inviting. Like everything else, inflation was insane. 3 dollars for a 16oz bottled water at the desk was a bit much, so we hit up the local grocery store for our water and snacks.
