However, we are truly sorry for not having been there at your arrival time to welcome you. Our establishment is a private residency and the Reception is indeed open every day from 9am to 6pm. A security guard is present the rest of the evening so all night long, though, the hotel’s line remains reachable 24/24. Unfortunately, in our property we do not have a separate baggage storage room, but we are very delighted to propose luggage store service, so our guests can enjoy Paris few more hours! We would like to reassure you that keeping luggage in our lobby is safe, only our Residents have access to the building. We regret to hear you didn’t find useful to have the TV in the apartment and watch the international channels we propose with unlimited, free of charge VOD access to enjoy the latest movies.
