"The property was clean and bright but breakfast was a ham and cheese crossiant and a wedge of orange. Thinks were broken down elevator twice. Hours were strange no breakfast before 8 no pool before 9. And when we arrived we werent sure where to check in and when we finally decided we must go up to the 2nd fllor there was no staff around for a good 10 minutes. "

"Great place to stay when you’re in Busan, it’s in the middle of a busy area with lots of food options but at night, the noise doesn’t bother me when sleeping. Also a close walk to the subway. "

"Clean. Pillows too flat, mattress too hard. Also there are mirrors only in the bathroom, hence more time consuming for 2-3 friends who are sharing the room to get ready together at the same time. Should have mirrors in the room as well."

"Friendly staff. Speak English, Japanese and Korean. Clean room. Can keep luggage for storage if you arrive before checkin. Would stay again. Location is great, close to 2 Subway stations. "

"GNB Hotel is a very reasonable and nice place to stay. It is close to popular Gukje and Jagalichi markets / subway station. Room was clean, quiet, with very comfortable bed, rain and hand held shower. 10th floor room had a nice view of surrounding neighborhood and Busan Tower. Staff was friendly / helpful and maid service was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly "

"Good location for shopping and food but my room carpet condition was not great. I found one big stain spot on carpet and requested room change but was denied. "

"A nice size room with a good size bathroom, comfortable bed and useful British plug for charging. :) It was clean and quiet. I likes the place and enjoyed my stay there."

"Staff is very thoughtful, bring bottle of water and clean towels everyday. However, only give 1 pillow per guess, not even 1 extra pillow even I requested. "

"This hotel is so convenient about transportation, shopping, restaurant, fish market. The staff is so kind and friendly. Room is clean & quiet. Highly recommended. I stayed 4 nights "

"The view was fantastic the staff were very knowledgeable & friendly would not recommend the breakfast everything was luke warm - coffee - tea - eggs & bacon etc. Would recommend eating out at local places instead."
