"The stay was in a really great area of Dongtan. The breakfast is outstanding. Overall the staff was very polite, professional, and courteous. The bed was a little bit firm for our liking. A little more bar selection would be desired."

"The room lacked AC. So it got a bit warm for my taste. The room was comfortable besides not being able to control the temp. You can open the window but did not help much. "

"Room is clean and well maintained. A small complaint on the lack of a dustbin in the wash basin area. Requested for an extension of check out time and was told that it's WON10,000 per hour. I rejected and the counter staffer told me that if i gave a good review, the hotel offers 1 hour free extension. Hmmmm........ Decided to turn down the offer and go for early checkout instead. "The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car. "I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst visiting family in nearby Mangpo. My room a de luxe double was large and spacious with a great shower room and very clean. My room was serviced and clean towels every day. There was a kettle and small fridge ideal for making your own coffee or tea. The hotel was very quiet and the front desk staff spoke English which was an enormous help. The airport bus from Incheon stops right outside and is a very frequent service. "Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount.
