"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement."

"호불호 후기가 있는 관계로 어떤가 했는데 상당히 만족스러웠다. 유일한 단점이 근처 식당이나 상점이 없다는거 하나였고 이는 시간이 지나면 해결되리라보지만 상가가 채워지려면 상당한 시간이 필요하리라 보인다. 끝에 위치한 스파옆 쌀국수집에서 포와 망고쉐이크로 저녁을 대신했다. 비가 많이와 풀에 사람이 없었는데 시설이 꽤 괜찮았다. 풀의 수질은 밤에 봐서 모르겠으나 수질개선을 요하는 언급이 좀 있는듯하다. 직원들도 친절했었고 시설도 괜찮았고 주변 산책하기도 좋았고 씨뷰와 파도소리도 좋았다. 참고로, 한국귀경용 0.5박이었고 그랩을 통하면 8.8만동(공항톨비1.5만동포함) 소요됨. 0.5박 이외에 단기 휴양용으로도 가족용으로도 괜찮은 곳인듯 싶다. "

"The room is non smoking, however as they allow other rooms to smoke in the balcony, the smoke goes into my room and contaminates our air. When we complain about it, the reception is dismissive and said they cannot do anything about it"

"We liked the clean pool. The location was perfect. On the negative side the coffee is awfull for breakfast. There are not enough employees to manage the breakfast area."

"The Sea view apartment was nice - very spacious and amazing balcony with a complete view of the sea. It is 2 minutes walking from the beach. The service is done via WhatsApp number - no telephone in the room to call room service or reception. I was assigned a service person on whatsapp and I could message him for what I needed. But they don’t serve water more than two bottles in a room - you have to buy it by going downstairs to the market (shop is right across the street) which I am okay...

"The hotel location is good. Near many shops and malls. My room was clean but had some deficiencies. The window was a square hole with bars covered by shudders on the outside and only drapes inside. The balcony door is made of wood which has such a large crack in it you can see outside through it. Needless to say the outside noise level was very high. You will need ear plugs. The TV remote power button didn’t work so I had to unplug the TV when going to bed. Also there were no cable channels,...
