"Excellent way to relieve Airport stress"

"The people are dishonest. I booked with them because the reservation said they offered free 24 hour shuttle service. The day prior to my check-in I called to arrange the airport pick up, to my surprise and demise the clerk said I had to pay €95 for the pickup alone and refused to honor their false advertisement. I had to book a hotel elsewhere, because this hotel is very far from the airport. I don’t recommend dishonesty. Also, to date they have refused to refund me my money. "

"Ascot is a great hotel in a central area and easy to reach. The staff are very friendly and the room was clean and good value. The shower in the room was excellent. I’d stay again if on a budget. "

"This is a beautifully appointed and well maintained hotel in a very convenient location for Turquoise shipyard and the other, larger shipyards around Tuzla Bay. The staff were all very polite and attentive. The restaurants and the bar are very comfortable and the food is good value. The range of food available at breakfast is exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi signal strength was good throughout the hotel."

"We called 155 on August 10, 2022 at 7:20p.m. to order food. The man that answered was so impatient and rude. He closed the phone on us, RUDE. That is UNACCEPTABLE !!! Also, lots of noise on 9th floor after 12 midnight."

"No options that were described. No airport shuttle. No swimming pool. No shuttle to the beach. No beach towels. Beach is not private. Towels were not clean after room service. Only guy on reception did his work perfectly. Breakfast has a poor variety of food. "

"Room was cleaned daily room was nice and big location was good Didn't like i had booked a balcony didn't get one. On checking out was paying in GB pounds as on booking but manager changed my pounds to lira at poor rate and cost us more then should so be warned also keep a check on what you use from mini bar i did but bill on leaving was more ."
