"Beautiful hotel with views and architecture. Rooms are spacious and very clean but we had a water leak in our first room and the washing machine didn’t work in the room we were moved to. Be aware this is part of a time share and they try to get you to take a tour/join. They do offer a decent discount if you take the tour. The child care center was wonderful and full of fun activities! The staff was very helpful overall. "

"My husband and I went for 7 days to celebrate my birthday. We had an amazing time the staff is super nice our room was small but perfect for just us two, it was kept clean and stock up. The staff was amazing at the surfer bar right beside the family pool, Jose and Ivette did an amazing job taking care of us, our drinks would be half gone and they would already bring a new one, not to mention Jose helped my husband surprise me every day for my birthday with flowers special message on a plate and...
