The hotel itself is pretty aged and the separate towers were very far apart and there is some confusion regarding check in depending where you entrr the property. The self check in machines would have been great IF they actually worked.

The front desk is very horrible at picking up the phone. I’ve called them twice for a situation and they never pick up. I had to leave my room and walk to the front desk, but I can say the maintenance people are very great as soon as they say, they’re on their way they were on their way to fix the refrigerator issue I had and the hot water issue I had.

We liked all the shops, restaurants, and bars in the complex. The casino was nice. The beach and the boardwalk were right there.

Really nice hotel and casino, a lot of eateries to chose from. Close to beach and boardwalk. The room was nice and clean. Bed comfortable. The shower/bathroom nice and spacious. We stayed in the Havana towers we’ll definitely visit again.

Rooms are slightly outdated but at least we’re clean and comfortable. It was hard to find ice. There ice machines in every floor but none of them worked. I was on the 6th floor and had to go to every floor to find an ice machine. I ended finding one on the 12th floor. Very inconvenient. Check in was smooth, although they were trying to charge me an extra $30 for checking in early. Doesn’t make sense, if the room is ready, the room is ready. They shouldn’t charge extra for that. They is a lot of entertainment in the hotel. Lots of clubs, bars and shows to do and see.

Hard to find the check in from parking garage, no desk, only kiosks, directions from check in to room were complicated and wrong, couldn’t find our way around, way too spread out, hard to get to a restaurant, hard to find refreshments to take back to room. AC did not work in our room, non-smoking room smelled like smoke.
