"Great place for our family to stay. We recommend upgrading for access to the executive level. It was a perfect spot for us to gather and decompress after our day of touring. "Great hotel in a quieter area of the old town but still close enough to walk to most of Prague's main attractions. Tram and bus stop outside the hotel was perfect for tired feet after a long day sightseeing. Excellent food and nightlife close by too. Nice staff and very clean rooms and public areas. Extensive, well stocked and tasty breakfast buffet, something for everyone. Would definitely recommend this botel, great value for money."

"Our stay was very welcoming and easy to get into the centre of Prague. We did find the facilities dated and does need to be more modern. The bathroom had a broken tap and hairdryer and the pool was dated. It was good for the price and the beds were comfortable. Aircon at night wasn’t great but overal good location and cheap stay. "

"Please keep in mind this is an old building. So with that you will see a bit of wear and tear with it. However I think the beds need a much needed update. They were pretty hard despite having a foam mattress. Also we could never cool down the room from what seemed to be110 degrees. That being said we had an awesome view of the castle and the staff were great with any help needed including local restaurants. "The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."
