"Great hotel near the train station! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. This property is located away from downtown area, but easy to get Uber within minutes to take you wherever you want to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber during our 5-day stay. "The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."

"Beautifully decorated, maintained and immaculate. The room was made up perfectly every day, cleaned and fresh towels. Good breakfast selection of eggs, sausage, bread, fruit, meats, fish, yogurt. First hotel I've been to that has a fresh orange juicer. Very convenient location with short walk, about 10 minutes to city center, 5 minutes to tram, 10 minutes to the Gironde River."
