There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead. There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean. I gave full star as it was really cheap...

"I was concerned about my stay based on recent reviews about construction noise, but this turned out not to be a problem at all. I asked for a room away from the construction and my room was extremely quiet. The room was large and had a nice bathroom with excellent toiletries. "The hostel is located in a fantastic place very close to the main square. Everything is easily accessible from the hostel, be it the best restaurants, cafes or bars in the city. The breakfast at the hostel is excellent and will not disappoint you at all. Overall I had a fantastic experience and will definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay in Yerevan on a budget while having a very comfortable stay as well."

"The Kantar hotel is the top 4 floors (floors 7-10) sitting above a hostel (floors 1-6). The elevator is key-fobbed to restrict access between the different guest uses. Quiet, clean, but bare minimum facilities. Rooms, linens, bathrooms were clean. The kitchen/cafeteria offers a free breakfast which I thought was simple but good, and certainly better than the price point would suggest. "Amazing hotel with wonderful views. The pool was stunning, tennis court was great and available after sunset. Room was incredibly spacious. Reception staff speak perfect English and could answer all my requests. Breakfast was nice and restaurant and bar offer affordable and delicious coctails and snacks. The only disadvantage were little flies flying in the room which were annoying."
