"The property is the finest in Samoa! The views were incredible. The beach and pool were perfect for keeping cool. The food was good, I didn’t get sick at all (I’m sensitive tummy). The activity boys were fantastic! I can’t compliment these guys enough! My husband got to cook on the imu and eat the delicious food! We made lava lava and did a snot tour. They have many options. The massage was the best we’ve ever had, 90 minutes and we felt like we were refreshed!"

"Check in was quick and easy. All staff we encountered were lovely and friendly and smiley. The twin room was very large with 2 queen beds. The shower, nice pressure and hot. Air Con worked fine. The breakfast was nice. Plenty of pool lounges and pool was a great size. Totally walkable into town, a bit further to markets. As we have been before didnt bother going again. Beautiful well maintained gardens, We had zero problems during our one night stay before heading further afield in Samoa. I did...

"Best place to stay in Samoa on Upolu. Staff are wonderful, can’t do enough to make you comfortable. We’ve stayed here before and have stayed at other resort on Upolu. We visited other top resorts for lunch and were so happy to return to Sinalei every day "

"The receptionist was very welcoming. The room was basic, had air conditioning. Breakfast was included. They had a pool. I didn’t like that they didn’t clean the rooms every day, no shampoo. They didn’t always have the cushions out in the pool area which made it uncomfortable to sit there. When asking the staff for advice regarding lunch options, they couldn’t help us. "

"This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. That said, for a locally owned and run hotel it’s a bit of a gem and any faults forgiven as the staff are so good. Please visit!"

"We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. "
