"Unser Zimmer mit Balkon "Nel Blu" hatte eine super Aussicht direkt auf den See. Es gab ein Geruchs-Problem mit der Lüftung. Wir durften daraufhin das Zimmer wechseln. Der Service war sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Über das Frühstück war ich enttäuscht. Ab 9 Uhr fehlten häufig mehrere Speisen. ..."

"The chalet was well equipped and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good meal in the restaurant on site where again the staff were very friendly. A lovely three night stay."
