"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

"My wife and I stay here for 2 night.We like it. No free breakfast.Eating is little expensive. The shuttle schedule is limited. It runs every 2 hour from 10:10 am to 06:10PM from airport. (9:30 am to 5:30PM from hotel). You need to call hotel at least one hour before the schedule . If you are not booked in the hotel, you will be charged ~50RMB. The shuttle takes about 35 min each way. "

"overall I had a pleasant stay. This hotel is close to a major subway station with many things close by. Perhaps within a 15 min walk. Staff was VERY helpful and always had someone who spoke English during a shift. My two complaints were that I had to cut my trip one day short, but the hotel did not refund my extra day since it was prepaid by during booking. Also, they have NO room service... so if you get hungry late at night, make sure you stock up on the snacks. "

"Definitely one of the fe totally avoidable hotels of Guangzhou. Besides the location and the staff service. Nothing worth talking. Room was dirty, had a huge burnt hole in the carpet and the bed was ridiculously hard."

"The hotel was great and near alot of places I wanted to go to. However as I was arriving from another country I had 3 suitcases and the porter/concierge refused to help me lift my suitcases onto the hotel trolley to take to my room despite several requests from the reception lady. She begged him but he would not budge preferring to look at his phone. Eventually she helped me to the lift the bags and I had to drag them up to the 11th floor and there the ladies making the rooms helped me to my...

"酒店的住宿环境和硬件配置还可以，但管理水平有待提高，一天至少要敲2次住客的门（一次搞卫生，一次送早餐券），我这2年先后住过10多家酒店（香港和国外），没有一家酒店一天敲门超过1次的。另外这间酒店的早餐有待改进（每天只有少量西瓜，而且数量有限------唯一水果），早餐饮料只有豆浆、茶、开水3种，建议酒店的管理人员去越南、柬埔寨等国看看同行的经营方式。"

"If you have any standards please do NOT book this hotel! went from bad to worse as soon as we checked in!!!! the damp was unreal, the mould on the wall was everywhere, even the wall paper was coming off! after we checked in we soon checked out after only a 2 hour stay want was meant to be 6 days!!! "Nice qnd very friendly crew. But 1 thing concern its about my comfolirmation was not able to relay or sent to them. They wantme to deposit money but i told and show them my comfimation thru my emails. This is not acceptable and not convenient for me and on my 2nd day they told me that they want tocancel my booking and locked up my things... Do you think this is acceptable for my case?
