Wonderful find!
Wonderful. Absolutely tremendous. If you like historic homes, this is it! Incredibly comfortable bed, very cozy room, a huge, marvelous bathtub…nothing not to like! And the breakfast!! To die for!! Cody & Joe are very kind and wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back!

Joe and Cody are phenomenal hosts. The 1890 House is an amazing historic property along the historic district just outside Hot Springs. The food and staff were so friendly I could have stayed a week longer. We will be back!

A three course breakfast of great food but most importantly we’re the owners. They make you feel like their personal friends. The house is a historian’s dream. An added benefit is it’s close to downtown Hot Springs

We loved our stay in Hot Springs and the cherry on top was staying at the 1890. The owners were fabulous, the breakfast delicious and we were able to walk to their strip of downtown, bathhouse row etc. And then also the other way catch the trails in the National Park without ever getting in our car. Williams House
This was a great place. Joe and Cody have the place spotless and the breakfast every morning was amazing. The convenience to everything is great and within walking distance even on a hot day. Will definitely refer friends and will book on our return trip in the future.

It was a delight to stay at the 1890 Williams House Inn. It is a magnificent old home with a lot of history, beautifully restored. The proprietors, Joe and Cody, are warm and congenial hosts. The home-cooked breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place! Joe and Cody are the perfect hosts. They take enormous pride in their lovely B&B and it shows. Joe is an amazing cook- home baked treats and a fabulous breakfast! Rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you’ll need. A true gem!

The hotel was so quiet and very romantic atmosphere. Cody and Joe were so hospitable and gave some recommendations about where to visit and eat. Our room was much cleaner than it was shown in the picture. I had no idea about Bed & Breakfast places. I can say the breakfast was above and beyond, so delicious and healthy as French restaurants. Highly recommend it to couples and friends not family with children.

Best place to stay in hot springs Arkansas
Absolutely perfect place to stay when you visit Hot Springs. They are close to everything and the hosts were beyond amazing people. They showed true care and concern for their guests. And the breakfasts were to die fir as well as the home baked cakes!! And it was a beautiful home filled with gorgeous antiques. Loved the hot tub in each room too!

Perfect get away!
We had a wonderful time staying at 1890 Williams House! It was absolutely beautiful and Joe and Cody were amazing hosts! My adult daughters and I decided to stop in Hot Springs for a few days and we are so happy we stayed at 1890 Williams House! A couple of days before we came in, Joe called to let us know that the room we were set to stay in was having roof issues due to a Hurricane that had just passed through. He was kind enough to put us in two other rooms on the second floor. I am on dialysis and brought all of my equipment with me and Joe was amazing helping us move everything in and out of our rooms. The breakfast was to die for and the recommendations on what to do and places to eat were perfect! They have a side room with treats and drinks for guests to snack on and the chocolate cake was delicious! We adored our time with them and look forward to coming back in the future!

The house was incredible. Tons of history and the hosts knew everything about it. Breakfast was awesome and got us ready for a day on the town! We know where we'll be staying the next time we visit!

The Place To Stay!!!
Cody and Joe provide an atmosphere that is second to none. Friendly, engaging, helpful, attentive; I don't believe I've ever had a finer stay anywhere. The only down side is we weren't able to spend more time at their beautiful Inn and enjoy the pleasant company they provided. Super clean, well located and an all-around superb experience.

Terrific Anniversary in Hot Springs
Jo and Cody do a terrific job at making you feel at home and give tremendous suggestions. The house itself is beautiful and unique. Jo's cooking was phenomenal. Cannot recommend high enough!

The 1890 Williams House is a beautiful, well-maintained, historic home. We stayed in the Copper Cottage. The property is located near Central Ave and is within walking distance to a lot of Hot Springs attractions. The inn keepers and staff are very hospitable and the food is delicious. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. We would live to stay here again in the future.

This property was lavishly decorated for the Christmas season. There is lots to delight the eyes. Our room was spacious and romantic. Joe took us through the house so we could see the craftsmanship and architectural detail while telling us the history.

Loved this historic house and its fabulous hosts!
This was my first stay at a B&B and now I am hooked. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Williams House Inn. We stayed in the Carriage Chamber room. It was cozy, comfortable and the jet tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. There was a cute little cat (Mrs. Kitzler) that greeted us everyday in the parking area. The breakfast on both days was delicious. (If I had one complaint, the coffee was a bit on the weak side. I don't know what it is about Hot Springs, but coffee shops or just a decent cup of coffee in general is a rarity.) Other than my coffee complaint, this place was fabulous. We'll definitely stay there again next year!

Beautiful property - an old Victorian with lovely porches. Very personable & attentive hosts. Accommodated my dairy & wheat free diet without a problem or complaint. Not a bad walk to bathhouse row, but the Inn is on a hill, so be aware. The shower in our suite was barely functional - took forever to heat up & then just trickled. There is a great jetted tub too, so I used that instead.

Yes,we are on a hill.A great alternative, in the future, would be the parking garage downtown. it is a short 3 min drive and free to use.

Amazing B&B Experience
The owners are so friendly and made our stay everything we could have hoped! My fiancé and I had never stayed at a B&B before and this is definitely one for the books. Walking distance from restaurants and the downtown area!

Absolutely beautiful home. They rolled out the red carpet treatment here. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast...rooms were quiet and private. Beautiful antiques throughout the home. Private drive parking...can’t beat water from the springs. Made my hair very soft. Wish I could bring their water home with me

The B&B is in walking distance to downtown Hot Springs. It’s a lovely old Victorian home with antiques and much charm. You can sit on the swing on the expansive front porch and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners were extremely helpful. They cook a very good home made breakfast and even gave us free run of their kitchen to cook the fish we caught in Lake Quichita. It is the nicest place to stay within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs.

1890 Williams House is a Must Stay in Hot Springs~
The couple who owns this b&b is very kind and accommodating. They're new to the inn, so they're working very hard to make it even better! The breakfasts were fabulous! Great access to downtown area. Comfortable bed, luxurious jetted tubs in every room, early morning coffee/cocoa service outside the door. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Homemade carrot cake, fudge, tea, snacks and drinks available in the afternoon for a special treat.
