The only thing I didn’t like is if you have a lower setting car trying to get in and out of the parking area onto the street can damage the front with the horrible dip there. Especially in the busy times when you don’t have time to go out slower. Other than that the hotel itself was lovely!!!

I did like that we could walk to most places. the Galleria Mall was not far. checking out was bumpy. They charged me for parking and i didn't have a car. so that was confusing but someone did refund me the money. pool was on the small side. Restaurant inside hotel was great!
