The Base Exchange (BX) is dated but large and well-maintained. Avoid 3-4PM as traffic leaving base and adjacent Roosevelt Blvd. is horrendous. Satellite pharmacy is convenient (across from BX). Also has a family water park open during warm months.
Pick another hotel and do not use Expedia list of available good hotels.
