"Staffs, room, and services are great. We enjoyed so much staying in the hotel. Breakfast was good and delicious. We recommend this hotel for everyone who come to Sapporo esp arriving late at night. It is 5 minutes from the exit and it is inside the terminal. Two thumbs up"

"1階の入り口の電気が切れていて、夜到着したがまったく鍵の場所が分からない。部屋の扉の後ろ、ソファーの下にほこりがつもっていて、とても不潔です。幹線道路のすぐ横なので車の音がひどくて、眠れません。上の階の人の歩く音が四六時中響いて、余計に眠れません。良いことは、駅には近いことだけです。"
