"We had to wait 20 mins for someone to come and open the door. Kept knocking on door no one was at reception so we had to ask the neighbors to call the person and then he took another 25 mins to come. Facility was so dirty and no towels in the room "

"This was an amazing and unique experience in the middle of the desert. The camel ride and the SUV tour was worth it . I had tea in the nomads tent ,visited the old mines , listening to a life Gnawa show and lunch at Nora restaurant than camel ride back to camp .The host Zaid was the best host ever , he picked us upon arrival at 2am and drove us to camp than serve us a full dinner course especially made for us .I want to thank Zaid ,Mohamed and Fatima for making our visit so special . "

"This is a young property, only 2 years old! So everything is modern, and so is the service provided by the friendly staff. Meal times in the restaurant are posted at the Front Desk; and I was given the wifi password at check-in. Also, the Front Desk made any arrangements, as requested. The food is a mix of traditional Moroccan, French, and American. Moroccan tea, and coffee are included with every meal. A great place to relax and reset! "

"Very friend people that work at the hotel. I have a German Shepherd dog and my fur baby like the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you have trained dogs specially it’s big one. "

"The Hotel is completely renovated or new. The rooms (I booked) a suite are excellent! The hotel is located conveniently close to the airport- we heard no noise - extremely few flights anyway. The pool is beautiful (not heated -January) The staff was very friendly and made the stay pleasant. The only thing we did not like were the pillows which were way to thick. "We randomly found this place and it blew our mind. It is so beautifully designed, so well appointed and above all clean. It is a new property and they have done a spectacular job on every level. The finish work and detail is incredible and the cleanest kitchen ever turning out delicious homemade food. I even got a tangine cooking lesson. The location is superb and they can arrange all activities in the dunes easily. Hmed and his team were so hospitable, we felt like family from the moment we walked in the door. This is the real Morroco! Would go back in heartbeat!"
