"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. I observed a staff member helping a gentleman bring his suitcase into the hotel. Then the staff member went off to grab a towel to wipe it down since it was wet from the rain outside. Another staff member called a cab for us and actually walked us out under an umbrella to shield us from the rain. All of that was above and beyond my expectations. They were always courteous and smiling as well. "

"The hotel is beautifully decorated with art in every floor and modern appliances in the room (bathtub, toilet, bedroom). In terms of location, the hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, so it’s convenient if you want to stay and walk around the “downtown” area. The room is spacious, specially the bathroom since it has a full size tub and stand in shower. The staff was friendly and professional during our stay, so I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Osaka."
