Bedside lights button was too high and you had to get out of bed to turn them off/on Hard to open curtains behind sofa as you had to lean/climb on to it as it was a corner curved window. No face towels and hard to get into shower if you were a large person "

"Missed a flight and was able to procure a room for the night at the Ridges SAH. The cleanliness, aesthetics, and comfort have been among the best I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend. Price Note: Book through Expedia and it is usually a substantial amount cheaper and only took approx. 20-30 minutes from the time of booking to the time the reservation shows up in their (the hotel's) systems.
