Your usual wear and tear that made some areas look dirty and the decor in the room were a little outdated. Pool was not heated it needed a good cleaning and the Pool area patio needs to be pressured washed. There was a Corn hole game that had only had 2 bags and one all of the insides were coming out. No other kids games as they show on the website.
Bed comfortable, quiet, & staff was very pleasant and good breakfast.
For the money I paid everything should have been working in the hotel. The ice machine on 4 floor didn’t work the whole time we were there. And when you called for housekeeping to bring you something you had to call more than one time.
Great location, close to the airport and all major parks (Disney, Universal and SeaWorld). The hotel room was clean but not in great condition, old stained sofa, faulty bathroom door and old hard water stains on the bathroom. Breakfast is fine, scramble eggs, cereal, fruit, waffles, yogurt, etc. Overall due to it’s great location I will recommend this hotel
We loved how close centrally located this was to local attractions! You can see SeaWorld from the parking lot and it’s about 15 mins from Disney Springs. Great prices and clean, spacious rooms. Springhill Suites is always a great option for vacations :)
Our check in was on 03/14 as was our transaction date. The transaction was not posted until 05/01. 44 days to pay for a hotel stay. They said this is normal. It shouldn’t take this long to pay for a room. Poorly run hotel, I’ve been booking hotels since the 90’s lol. This place is a joke it’s 2024. 44 days?? I don’t leave reviews ever but for a business to operate like this, is a major inconvenience.
Young unsupervised kids next door, ran up and down hallways all night. Kids started a fire in room which caused our room to become filled with smoke. Condition was unbearable and had to be moved at 2 am with all of our belongings. It was unsafe and I feel staff down played situation! Will not stay at this SPRINGHILL anymore when I’m in town.

We stayed for 1 week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, could do with updates on the wallpaper,furniture. There is one thing we didn't enjoy was the breakfast- yes it was free! But the same thing everyday, scrambled eggs.After 7 days one can get very bored of the same breakfast.We appreciated the shuttle service to seaworld. A few areas of improvement, would be to upgrade the furniture pieces in the rooms, breakfast can be better, with more variety in eggs, add boiled eggs as well, complimentary all day tea,coffee,chocolate milk...little changes go a long way.
Staff is very helpful. You can walk to a few different restaurants. Sea World is basically across the street; you can see the roller coasters from some of the rooms and from the pool. Pool is very kid-friendly, with a big shallow area and a splash zone feature. Hot tub is very clean and comfortable.
All the attention from all the employees was excellent, in addition to the amenities, the employees also made us forget that we were in a hotel, but rather they made us feel that we were at home. It was an excellent weekend.
I would give it zero stars if I could. I have never left a hotel room after checking out. It was filthy. They were nice enough to give me a different room. In the new room there was hair in the bathtub, on the toilet and every pillow. There was a dried blood stain on the sheets. Then they never checked me out making it look like I was there the whole time. I will never stay there again.
The staff was more than accommodating and the store was fully stocked with what we needed. The pool bar and staff were great. The buffet had a good variety except could have bacon on menu more on weekends. The heating system on pool was out, would be nice if they would have that on website when booking that it was out because the pool was very cold. All and all we will be back! Loved our short stay.
The frond desk agent was rude, she wearing mask and acting like we brought the virus in the hotel, very unprofessional and bad attitude when we was asking for help with questions. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

The only thing I didn’t like was my room was 1101 which was right beside the loud outside door. Ets just say, I didn’t get any sleep.
