"The Clift Royal Sonesta was a fabulous hotel! The staff were friendly from check-in to check-out, and our room was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed the drinks and appetizers at the Redwood Room, as well as breakfast at Frederick’s. It was located close to Union Square, many restaurants and the stops for the Big Bus tour. I would stay here again!"

We arrived quite late as our fight was delayed, but the check-in was really smooth and the representative was really polite and helpful, even though we were probably tired and moody :) We were checked in quickly, and we were given a really useful map of places to see and also the places that are unsafe to go to - it was really useful!
