This property is outdated, and our room was in a general state of disrepair. The bathtub was rusty, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the ceiling was water-stained, our lamp was broken, our iron was broken, and we found hair in our bed and bathroom.

It is run down (there are renovation plans displayed in the lobby), the rooms weren’t clean to standard , plumbing issues and multiple people in my party hand issues with their rooms

I know that they are renovating the place but when we checked in around 9pm and there was sheets on the floor in the hall along with food trays and trash bags. It wasn't what i want to see right before i was going to bed.

The property itself is great! But for room cleanliness, it was gross! Ceiling looked like it was going to collapse, we found an empty soda bottle and a soda cap behind the head board of the bed.

Pool was broke, only came for the pool. Staff gave me and my kids the run around the whole day. At $200 at night security deposit, and the pool broke at that. When they say breakfast included, it’s for one person, even though four people was in the reservation in the room. Not worth it

Cold building.
The only negative thing i have to say is that the hotel in itself was cold. The hallways pool house seem like the heat was not on. We would go from a warm room to a freezing hallways. The pool was a little warm but once you were out the pool it was super cold both in the pool house and hallways leading to the rooms.

Nice hotel with difficult beds.
Two occupants of the room, who were on the short side. Beds in the room were on rather high platforms. Very difficult to get into bed. We were not far from home, so we went home to retrieve a step stool. Beds were also too firm.

I booked forna staycation indoor heated pool night. Unfortunately the heat in the indoor pool area malfunctioned and the pool area was without heat. The temperature of the pool was cooler than advertised so I did not enjoy the pool which was the reason I booked. The on site bar and restaurant were enjoyable. 2 5 out of5
