Receptionist was very friendly when checking us in. She was fairly new at the position and performed professionally always with a smile. Breakfast had a good selection, then coffee and cookies available for the rest of the day

Deshaun the manager at the hotel was amazing! The entire staff went out of their way to help us with our two elderly parents 91 and 94 both in wheelchairs to make our stay easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend them for their kindness and generosity while we were there. They even recognized my husband's service in the military so thoughtfully. Great hotel and staff! Would definately stay again.

Everything about the experience at this hotel was just above average (hence the 4 stars). Check=in was done efficiently, once it got started, and the desk agent was courteous and polite. The room was clean, mostly (found some crumbs on the desk chair; yes, it's nitpicky, but that's the difference between 4 and 5 stars). The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Noise-wise, it's right at the end of one of PDX's runways, so it's never going to be completely quiet, but aside from that, it was relatively so. Overall, it was a nice stay, and i would do so again.

I chose this hotel for its location as well as a restaurant on property. I needed a shuttle to the airport as well which is a service offered by the hotel. Everyone was friendly, my room was comfortable and spacious and the food the restaurant offered was great. I'd stay here again.

First of all the check in day, They gave me the wrong room, second of all the lady in front desk was mean to me when I went and request the room I reserved, she waa helpless rude, then when I got the room I found blood drops in one of the bedsheets, carpet was duty, I took the kids to the pool and there was poop in the water, that night I called front desk to ask if they can take more blankets to us and they didnt want to. Am not coming back to that hotel.

Inside the hotel was quiet as far as other guests, but there are lots of airplanes overhead constantly, so be aware of that if that sort of thing bothers you. We booked this hotel for just one night so we could use the shuttle for an early morning flight. The shuttle was convenient and timely, and the driver kindly loaded and unloaded our 2 carseats and 6 bags for us. There was a decent wait to check in, and after waiting about 15 minutes, a second employee finally came to assist. I was third in line, so things were just not fast even though we were about an hour after check-in time. The rooms were comfortable. My husband was too hot during the night but I felt fine (which means for most people it's too hot). The room was REALLY tight for two adults, two small kids, and all our stuff-- barely enough walking room actually. We ended up stacking bags on every available surface not used for sleeping. A long-term stay would not have been comfortable for us at all in this room, but I could imagine two adults lightly packed would handle it nicely. I would do another short stay here, and next time use the free breakfast, indoor pool, and other amenities we didn't get to try because we were only there for a few hours.

Upon our trip return we tried to contact the Inn for a shuttle pickup so we could get our car. In calling the phone # on their receipt it went to voicemail and it indicated mailbox was full. We took a cab from the airport to Inn and when explaining to the front desk our issue she indicated she had been there the whole time and the phone hadn't rung !!! Lesson learned , confirm # that should be called at start of trip so you're not left high and dry !!!

A mid-range, nothing fancy, clean, hotel;, that is a convenient place to stay near the airport. It has an in-house dining room and bar and shuttle. It is in a more industrial area of town, but the shuttle can take you to Cascade station Shopping area if you ask.

The shuttle service was horrible, as it has been the last few times. We’ve stayed there exclusively for the last 3 years and the shuttle service has been nothing but terrible. We waited 45 minutes yesterday, which is shorter than the last few times. We try to be loyal and give everyone a chance to reconcile but no more. We will be staying elsewhere after this trip. The staff inside and rooms are great but after a long day, the wait for a shuttle isn’t worth it.

Overall, a great experience staying at this hotel. Lots of nearby amenities. The odor of marijuana from inside the building was more than I would have preferred to experience. However, I would still recommend this hotel to others for business purposes, families, and for short days coming or going from PDX.

We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites many times in the past. We booked this location because we had an early flight across the country. We knew we wouldn’t get breakfast before checkout, even though it was included in the price. This is the first time, however, that we had to pay for parking.
