The property is lovely and the room was well appointed. Excellent location; which is why we chose it. A rating of 4 instead of 5 due to construction noise in the hotel or adjacent restaurant (same owner) beginning at 7:00 a.m. the first morning. After I texted, the noise started later in the morning and wasn’t an issue. Housekeeping was pretty non existent, which would have been fine if supplies were available as they were supposed to be (coffee pods, bath towels). One nice young man encountered me on the stairs to the basement and was kind enough to go to a different area to get us fresh towels and coffee. Sorry not to have gotten his name. He offered to clean but it was about 4:30 pm on our third day, so we declined as we’d been out all day and just wanted to relax - we were checking out the next morning. With a bit of improvement in customer care, we’d stay there again.

Decent hotel in a perfect location. Very walkable to everything you would want to do in Quebec. There’s no front desk, it’s all text, e mail to check in and out and make requests. There was some trouble getting the code to work for our room, but it did get sorted out a while after housekeeping let us in. We had a classic room on the third floor which was suitable, but I’d stay on the main floor if we were to go back because we had a really hard time getting our suitcases up all the long winding stairs. Housekeeping was great. Overall good stay and we were really happy with the location and price.

Excellent property in the heart of old town Quebec City. Walk to anyware in the old town. Dining is great but little pricey. The Hotel is a blast yo the past and beautiful inside.

Beautifully restored old property. Rooms spacious and tastefully decorated. Bed super comfortable. In an excellent location situated in old Quebec and a 5 minute walk to the Chateau. Would 100 percent stay here again.

This property is very clean and accesible to all amenities and restaurants. The rooms are well equipped with essentials. Despite there is no front desk personnel, the communication is quick and they answer all your questions via email. The only downside is that because being located on the main street, it gets noisy early in the morning with business trucks delivering merchandise and late at night when youngsters drive loud cars and motorcycles. Other than that, this place is great. .

Property is overall excellent. Room was rustic and quaint, clean and well equipped. Only downside is the hotel is on Rue St Louis, which is a main street and has a lot of cars. There were a lot of loud sports cars blasting down the street each night. There was also a drain pipe running through our room, it made a loud water dripping/rushing sound when it rained
