Bad hotel
Rooms are petty bad for this category of hotel, specifically the bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. You could find better hotels at half price. My dinner & breakfast was included but staff was confused regarding that & after few minutes they confirmed that. It was very difficult communicating as staff could not speak English. The worst part was dinner, the guy first said there was 3 course meal offered so we ordered soup pasta and grilled chicken but after sometime he comes & tells us that it's just a 2 course meal which serves only pasta and soup. The only good part about our stay was breakfast.

The air conditioner and the refrigerator were out of order We had problem with the automatic keys several times and had to wait for the staff to come and fix them. They didn’t have real coffee for breakfast. Everything was too poor to be a Hilton hotel experience

The Hotel had no AC and was 25-26c in room at night they couldn’t even get us a fan, other than that property was nice with great location, but on vacation we only use Hotel to sleep and we can’t sleep in a “sauna” Great city

We enjoyed our stay even though there was some adjusment due to the Covid19 rules The restaurant for example is not the place that we would recommand for a dinner and the breakfast was a simple one The staff, on an other hand, was friendly and helpfull

Comfort but not good service.
Breakfast was not like what I expected. Very simple than simple. 90% of ingridents are ready Staff in plastic Pack. I asked boiled egg which was not in the plate. Room service said strickly they can do omlt omlet. I said how dificult to Cook egg in a boing water. Than she she decided to make it. Bought after 30 minutes after finish our breakfast.

Good place to stay in Sanliufa
Going there to see the Gobeklitepe as well as the museum. Great place to stay that walking distance to city center and museum. I didn't see the bad condition as other people wrote about this hotel. Everything just like a standard Hilton hotel. I am glad that I stayed here rather in the town center that hard to find parking.

stay away from this hotel
at first we were given a room with only 1 bed and the room smell was awful with cigarettes , I complained to receptionist who was not helpful that I told her to check my booking that I had booked a room with 2 queen beds then she called the manager and our room was eventually changed during the night the room was leaking water through the ceiling I callled reception but no answer then I went down to reception and there was no one there so we had to stay in a room which was leaking water in the morning when the receptionist arrived I complained and what answer did I get they said it happens, will never go back to this hotel in Sanliurfa

This is a good choice in Sanliurfa. It is a Hilton - but perhaps not of the highest standard you might expect. Having said that, the place is modern, functional and has a great restaurant and breakfast. We liked it.

The location is perfect easy to reach all historical places and also to the ring road. The property is not maintained at all. Tear and wear was at the level that one might think the hotel will be closed soon. The room we had was burning from heat due to heater upstairs. Tv channels were not in line with what they have advertised. It was difficult to reach reception as they were not responding. The bell boys were helpful as well as the maintenance guy who was I believe also a cleaner.

My wife and I stayed here 2 days during our visit to Gobekli Tepe. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. They all speak english. ( At least the ones we met). They were very helpful with our questions, taxis etc. Hotel is very clean. Food is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend their room service. They are reasonably priced. I stayed in many Hilton hotels in USA too. So I am familiar with their standards. This hotel value their custumers and cares about their comforrt.
