The lobby is very clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly with English communication. Cafe is nice with specials in the morning hours. Carpet in room does not feel clean. We had to move one of the three single beds a couple of inches to create a path. We noticed so much dust and used q-tips on carpet. They were still there when we checked out after 4 nights of stay. It’s great to have airport bus stop right in front of the hotel. We only need to walk 5 min to get to DDP and many restaurants in the area. This hotel will be an excellent choice for us if the cleanliness can improve a bit. Beds are very comfortable and 3rd floor room is very quiet. It’s convenient to have coin laundry washer and dryer.

We love our stay at Summit Hotel and would stay there again in the future. The location is very convenient since it’s between two subway stations. The best thing is that the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel .Although the bustling shopping malls are all within walking distance, the hotel location itself is peaceful and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent! One thing that I would like to request for breakfast is to add hot chocolate in their menu . Special shout-out to the guy that’s in charge of the breakfast buffet. He is very attentive and he takes his job seriously. I see him walking back and forth, constantly checking , and refilling food to make sure all the guests have enough to eat. Thank you.Shoutout also to the cleaning staff because they work hard and “ really clean” our room everyday. We always look forward to going back to the hotel to rest after a long traveling day. I highly recommend staying at Summit Hotel Dongdaemun .

The location of the hotel is very good. Just a few minutes walk to the subway station. However facilities are old. My bathroom was leaking, one towel I got was stained with black marks like someone had stepped all over it in their shoes and internet was choppy to say the least.

It’s within walking distance to the train stations (green and orange line) and close to bus stops and the bus to Incheon Airport is right outside. It’s 18000KRW/pp to the airport by bus but so convenient not to schlep your luggage to the train, esp if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is near lots of shopping! Migliore, Doota mall, aPM place and lots of street vendors in that area. You are right next to DDP. Food-wise, it’s only ok for me. Myeongdong is only 2 stations away. The rooms are clean, the cleaners are quick. The staff is friendly. Limited English but enough to get by. Reasonably priced accommodation. Clean. There’s a wow pass machine in the lobby. The area is relatively quiet compared to Myeondong and safe. I would stay here again.

The Summit Hotel really deserves its name. Reasonable price for a comfortable room and facilities in close vicinity of Seoul City Center. I have already reported on the hotel a few months ago. Just to add a few words, I stayed in the hotel twice with a week traveling elsewhere in between. I forgot a tube of cosmetic in the room at the end of my first stay. I asked if it was found at arrival of my second stay, and was so positively surprised that they had kept it in the storage and were able to give it back to me! Congrats Summit Hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at The Summit Hotel. It was so close to the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and subway station where we travel with the subway everyday. The staff helped us with confirmation of our DMZ tour which we loved. We also got help arranging transportation to the Incheon Airport with a comfortable taxi. Convenient place. Lots of restaurants around. Uzbek community nearby which is very interesting! The shuttle bus to Incheon International departs in front of the hotel, but not sure how long to arrive. Highly recommended. I would stay again.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location was great. If cleaness is your first priority, I would not recommand this place. I saw some molds in the bathroom, dust and the wall paper was off the wall.

Stayed in this hotel for 8 days, the staff are very helpful and the location is very convenient. There’s plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around here. The subway station is just 5 minutes away. Overall it is a very good stay! I’ll be back!

This hotel is perfect, the only problem is that it does not have a dryer and does not include breakfast due to Covid-19. Everything else is excellent and I recommend it. Just remember not to do laundry without asking if they've done the dryer.

Clean and practical hotel, rooms side is decent. Shower is good too with complimentary water included. Staff is helpful to talk to taxi driver when my kid lost a bag. 7-8mins walk to nearest station Will come back again

Our NOT so merry stay.
Parking was not guaranteed since the space was too small. People were soooo loud and rooms are not sound proof. You can hear your next door neighbor’s “affairs”. People were having parties and didn’t observe the restrictions. When we let the front disk know about the noise, they don’t seem to care to handle the issues. Like it’s your own fault if you can’t sleep because other people are having parties in their rooms. The sheets were clean but the shelves and tops were dusty and the rooms were too small (booked several rooms for family and colleagues).
