"I would stay again for the friendliness of the staff, the comfortable beds and pillows, good food and coffee. The rooms are extremely small. If you share, one of you has-to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. Gare du Nord is very close and transport by bus or Metro is easy. Don’t count in a taxi or car service. Traffic is congested."

The area is very accessible and quiet and the staff are amazing and very accommodating. The location is excellent for commute and there are plenty of places to eat! "The use of metro and other public transportation systems is very convenient and easy. The area also has a lot of dining options. Most of the people are tourists so language is not a problem as long as you know English. Only the breakfast was not that good as it was the same options of food every day. "This was close to one of the main train stations which was helpful! It's an old-style, not a modern hotel. Our only complaints were that the mattresses were very firm and the stairs to get to the rooms were outside and a big spiral staircase. We used the tiny and slow elevator the whole time because the stairs weren't the most secure. But a beautiful garden outside the hotel was a nice place to relax!"
