Wasn’t a bad stay. I biggest complaints are the signage directing you to various restaurants.,there aren’t enough of them , and the ones they have just aren’t clear. My other complaint is the bed was a kind of soft. But that’s a minor issue.

The have a tower with 48 floors that is specifically for handicap. The beds are to high for anyone with a condition to get on. I'm 6'1 and I have to jump up. They have a lower tower with about 5 floors. Not sure why they dont use the lower floors for handicap people. The day we wen the elevator stopped working and we where advise to take the stairs. looking for the spiral from the 48th floor, no way my mother could of done it. Good thing there was no emergency, as I don't know how all these people could get down safely. There was a guy with a pacemaker and a walker who had an appointment. He was also told take the stairs. I know things happen, but they need to re think the floor plan. Put a plan in place for these needs on lower level floors.

It was a great time at a great hotel-good restaurants in the hotel and service was great on every level. Property was kept clean and right next to the beach. Room was spacious and overall a really wonderful property. Good prices for rooms as well. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a nice time in AC. Casino was a blast!
