"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. "Hotel is wonderfully located with easy access to trams and metro to the city and airport. There is a slight walk for tram and metro stops but even with for a baby and two large suitcases it wasn't too bad. Hotel staff are very friendly and we're very accommodating with our late arrival and we were able to leave our luggage at reception on check out as we had a late departure. Room was clean and travel cot provided was sufficient for our needs. "

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

The check-in was smooth and lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the city and made very useful recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
