The Boston Park Plaza is a well situated legacy hotel, and is walkable to several spots including restaurants as well as Salon Mario Russo. However, there is room for improvement within the inclusion that the hotel could show for those with disabilities and the elderly. I flew into Boston for graduation and had brought my elderly father with me. When we arrived, the regular food service was about to switch over from the regular dining to the late night service - but this was not communicated to us - and the inter-connectivity of services at Hilton is sorely lacking: I took my father up to his room before 10pm and hit the "room service" button; that has an answering service that says "order from the website". So I went to the website and tried to order - this allowed me to select items but did not allow me to 'add to cart'. I rang the concierge desk it took 10 mins for someone to answer. They said they would walk over to the hotel restaurant and get someone to call me back. Crickets...time was now ticking towards10:30pm. I decided to go back downstairs and speak to the concierge myself. They then went to get the restuarant manager who eventually came out and said their menus were in the middle of shifting from the regular menu to the late night. But there was no way of knowing that - now it was past time to order from the regular menu because of Hilton's delays. Had I not been there (being able to walk down and address the issues), there would be no help for the elderly.

Hotel was nice! It was a bit outdated in some parts given the age of the hotel. Was surprised about the lack of a smart tv in the room. Was also surprised about the demeanor of the staff. Not quite rude but definitely not nice or helpful. The hotel is in a nice and walkable area though!

The bathroom and shower was very small. No room at all. Only on small mirior in the room. The toilet was almost in the shower. I could barley fit in the show. And Im not a big guy. The actual room wasnt bad. It was just the bathroom. One.more thing the water in the shower didnt go down.
