We had a great time, it was clean and the staff was amazing minus the time share person who relentlessly harassed us to go to the meeting. We said no multiple times... That was not welcome.

Fantastic pool area with convenient swim up bars and attentive staff. Love that we could have floaties in the pool; this made for enjoyable time relaxing in the water. Room service breakfast was excellent, but in the evenings the room service food was just ok. (A couple of nights we just wanted to relax in the room in our PJs so didn't go out) Food directly in the restaurants was good, especially at the Char Hut. Foodies might be a little disappointed, but we found the restaurants to be perfectly acceptable for an all-inclusive experience. Overall, very pleased with the. resort.

The staff is very helpful in planning excursions. They will call taxis for you. Room service was amazing. I wish there was more seafood options, but all the food was tasty and fresh. Rooms are clean and large.
