"I’m fairly sensitive to smells, and they do use an air freshener of sorts to mask it, but upon walking in you can definitely tell there has been some combination of smoking and pets in the room at some point. It’s not terrible, just noticeable when I first walked in. There are some mysterious building noises, repeated creaking/tapping sounds etc, but I put on my noise machine and slept just fine.
