I did not like that there was no hot tub. Also a cleaning person told my son’s friend to hurry up in the bathroom cause he had to clean it. He had just sat down in the toilet. The man was very rude. Reported to front desk when checking out and they did not seem to care at all.

Toilet didn’t flush properly - tub drain clogged with someone else’s hair. Room smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Breakfast was surprisingly good considering everything else - staff did a great job with restocking breakfast too!

We have stayed at this property many times. They had a lot of guests with what I thinks was youth travel teams. Breakfast was well stocked with two attendants replenishing offerings and cleaning. If I had any suggestions it would be to move the coffee station out of the back food area. Things get pretty congested back there.
