Old and stained bed sheets and blankets. Walls had streaks of dirt. The shower/tub was stained. Bathroom Countertop was not level and slowly falling from wall so my items would roll off lol. Breakfast was insufficient, and counters were dirty. Parking was full of construction trucks. Sidewalks and areas outside was dirty, empty beer cans and cigarettes. I usually trust a la Quinta but this was a disappointment! Luckily it was only one night.

The property had two elevators, but when we asked about the elevator at check in we were told it didn't work (we weren't on the 1st floor). We weren't told until days after we were there that there was a 2nd elevator. Secure doors could be opened if you pulled hard enough so anyone could get into the hotel. The heater/air in our room didn't work, and hot water was a hit and miss in the shower depending on time of day a shower was taken. The carpet on the stairs in the building had food particles on it and the stairwells smelled dirty. They ran out of clean towels so we had to wait until the end of the day to replace our dirty towels. Didn't try the breakfast. This particular La Quinta was in disrepair, we usually are happy at La Quinta hotels. The manager was helpful once we caught up with him(he told us about the 2nd elevator). Staff was nice but some didn't seem like they were trained much. Would not stay here again.

the room is basically uncleaned. the sheets and even the pillows are disgusting and stained all over. there’s white stains, clear as day, on the chair. the room smells like something died in it. I’d rather sleep outside if I could get my money back. this place is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. by far.

This property is in need of some TLC. I’m sure the staff is doing what they can but our room was filthy. All the linens were stained pillows/ cases, blankets and sheets. The coffee pot that’s located in the bathroom had parts on the floor. The shower had mold in it all around the top. You could see the streaks on the mirror from where they cleaned it but they missed the pimple residue on one side. I went to the desk and asked for new linens and was given more stained ones. It was late and didn’t have any choice but to stay so we stopped at a Walmart a got a set of sheets. When we spoke to the desk the next day we were told we would have to talk to a manager when they came in at noon and we were on vacation so we didn’t have that kind of time. We ended up booking another hotel for the night. We were not reimbursed or discounted for not staying the second night.

The pool was empty and dirty alm around. There was no cold water in shower knob just kept spinning. Went downstairs to tk with front dedk. Finally they called manager to let me use another room for shower 322. The toilet was broken, tank lid off and towels on floor. I stepped around it to take shower. Black mold in the shower grout around tiles. I can't believe Wyndam is associating their name with this hotel Would neber recommend this hotel.
