"Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich sehr viele Familien mit Kinder im Hotel, was sich am Lärmpegel beim Frühstück sowie im Wellnessbereich bemerkbar machte. Es gibt einige Pools im Hotel, die aber nicht zum Schwimmen sondern eher fürs Plantschen geeignet sind. Ansonsten ist der Wellnessbereich groß gestaltet. "We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time."

"The young lady at the reception desk was superb in her service. The restaurant was very adequate. A Service charge is added to the price of the meals, something I find a bit offensive because it assumes too much, I would leave more for a tip but the management made that decision for me. The rooms are clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is expensive but also adequate. The service is friendly. The coffee is great. We will stay there again."

"It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. "The location of this Hotel is good for enjoying lake Balaton. There is a very expensive and a free beachfront that is in walk-in distance. "This is a fine, simple hotel in town. It is close to a couple grocery stores but you do need to walk some to the beach. The room was fine, nothing fancy but had the basics and was clean. The worst part of the stay was the food as many of the previous reviewers have stated. The breakfast was edible but nowhere near great, the coffee was awful and the dinner, well, we ended up finding other alternatives because of the limited choices.
