Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. They are located 2 min away from Unseo station - 2 stations away from the airport. If you want them to pick you up from the airport and if you don't have a phone, you can ask the info desk to call for you. They would connect to the hotel and let you speak to the hotel.
