"This is THE place to stay in Panama City... it's location, friendly accommodating staff, and the amenities are fantastic. The rooms were wonderful, clean and bright. We tried Tauro (steakhouse) and the Bazaar - they were both delicious and the service excellent. We literally partied like rock stars at their rooftop restaurant, and at the wonderful outdoor infinity pool as well. We will definitely be returning! "

"It’s a beautiful hotel on the beach. The pools are beautiful and clean with bars on both ends. All the staff were polite and seemed happy with their lives and not running around hectic or overworked. Live entertainment was nice. With a dance lounge with karaoke every night. But a few things to note. The food was typical American hotel food. The beach wasn’t a pleasant sight when the tide was low bc it was all mud and not sand. Panamanians do not swim in that. "This hotel has two main buildings one facing the Canal passage, one with a view over the Americas Bridge. Service was good for check-in and check-out, property offers good lounge areas and business center for remote working. Nice pool, Fridays restaurant adjacent, promenade adjacent that provides view over Canal waters and allows nice stroll to Amador area / Causeway."

"Eurostars is terrible, they would not refund my money. I had to cancel my trip to Panama for reasons outside of my power, Covit-19 reasons. The Panamanian government closed all international flights and Eurostars did not refund my money."

"Horrible. The establishment was closed (August 2021) when we arrived. The hotel charged my credit card only to find out when we arrived, the hotel was empty and abandoned. Never again!"
