Es fehlt eine Info appear mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugstipps, Badeplätze. Auch Extra Handtücher kann man mangels Rezeption vermutlich nicht bekommen. Der Automaten Check In hat Probleme mit Umlauten die telefonisch gelöst wurden. Klima-Anlage ist schlecht und laut. Kühlt nur nachts mit Austausch mit kühler Umgebungsluft. "The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. The business owner is also very kind and he will also give you all the information you need to move around the area."
