"The staff is outstanding, the rooms are small but such is that in Tokyo . The lobby has spectacular views. We upgraded to the Tokyo Tower View Room but you cannot see it from the sleeping area , basically you have to stand in the shower and look out the bathroom window. Not worth the extra charge. All else is great. "
