"This was a very beautiful hotel. We had a room off of the courtyard with 14 foot ceilings. The library was cosy and a lovely place to spend a few hours. Courtyard was a peaceful spot for reading at on of the iron tables. Close to LAX and a short Uber to the botanical gardens. Would definitely stay there again "

"The room was immaculate and an item (wallet) was left in the room and was not realized until after leaving the premises. Thankfully a call was made and the patron was able to retrieve the wallet from the room. So thankful for the staff."

"i had a great stay, my room was very clean,the staff was wonderful and very friendly the only problem i had was the elevators made noise and was scary. i had pushed the button to go to the first floor and i was on the 4th floor it took me down door didnt open and it took me back up to the 4th floor the elevators really need to be looked at before someone gets stuck in it there breakfast is really good.thank you for the stay was a nice stay"

"Everything was very nice and clean. Except for the couch in my room. It was dirty and stained. I personally enjoy seating in the couch and watch tv, but that wasn’t possible this time. It shouldn’t be like that in a place like this. I paid more than $200 dollars for 1 night and honestly I expected everything to be excellent. "

"My reservation over Expedia was a two double bed bedroom but they give me a bedroom with a double bed so my teen slept on carpet. "
