They could use better body wash & shampoos. Also, notify the customers about the specific drink options for the shuttle. Besides that, the staff is A1! The property is well kept, and the breakfast is good. I would definitely stay at 24 North Key West again!

1st room had blood all over carpet. Took pictures and they said they were going to upgrade which didnt matter just wanted a clean room. 2nd room had stains all over carpet. Did want to deal with switching again so we layed towels down to cover spots. Pool was very clean and beautiful. Front desk was also helpful.

Overall it was decent, just some minor complaints. Hotel room was okay but not what I reserved. What they say is ocean view is exaggerated, it’s across the highway through trees and poles, and not easily accessible (have to cross 4 lanes of traffic with no crosswalk). Pool was nice and food was good at toasted coconut, but no other real restaurant on the property. Lobby was beautiful and property was clean. Difficult pulling out of the parking lot, especially left which is where most attractions are. At the same time it was peaceful not having so many people around all the time (except when the neighbor hotel was blasting dance music for hours on the weekend). Staff was courteous.

We have stayed before and it was a little quieter. This time there were individuals that were drinking a bit too much and made it uncomfortable for others around the pool and premises.
