The only thing I didn’t love was the shared door between the suites and the studio. They need more soundproofing. If you rented the whole cottage for a family it would be fine, but you can hear everything your suite mates say. "I thought we would be at the Simonton Street location. I was unaware there was a Frances Street location. That should have been made clear to us, because we were separated from our friends and had a much longer walk to Duval Street. Also the Frances Street location had NO WATER to offer when it was a very hot and humid day! Finally, there was some breakfast food items left in the outdoor area for a while before it was cleaned up. "

"The location is great since you are off of the noisy streets but only a short walk to where the action is. The pool and Tiki bar are a nice extra for relaxing in the afternoon."
